Working Principle
The PQWT-GX700 operates based on low-frequency electromagnetic coupling technology. The transmitter injects a controlled signal into the metallic pipeline or cable, generating an electromagnetic field that travels along the line.
The receiver captures variations in field strength using a directional coil and analyzes the signal differences to determine the route and depth of the underground utility.
A large LCD screen provides real-time feedback, including signal strength, bar-grid display, directional arrows, and audio alerts. This allows operators to accurately identify the location and burial depth of metallic pipelines with ease and confidence.
